I think it’s the best one yet! 😋 My absolute new favorite breakfast bake. Gluten-free, packed with protein, and stores in the fridge all week! 🙌🏼

🥚Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups frozen hashbrowns (shredded or cubed)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 tbsp. Greek yogurt
- a few handfuls of spinach
- paprika, red chili flakes and salt & pepper to taste

🔪 Instructions:
-spray a 9 inch baking dish with olive oil spray and arrange hashbrowns in a single layer
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until golden
- while the hashbrowns are baking, brown your sausage in a large skillet
- whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, spinach, and spices in a large bowl
- layer the crumbled sausage and egg mixture over the hashbrowns and bake for another 30 minutes or until a butter knife comes out of the center clean
- let cool, cut into squares, store in the fridge, and enjoy all week!

This room. This house. 🥺 So many years, so many

This room. This house. 🥺 So many years, so many memories. The late nights spent visiting and watching movies on holiday trips when I lived away. So much Jeopardy, Golden Girls, King of Queens. My nephew opening presents and playing with toys when he was still a baby. Countless wonderful meals around our childhood table. Marley napping on Mom’s floral couch. Me telling her I was pregnant. Holding Marley’s paw as he crossed the rainbow bridge. And making it our own over the last fifteen months.

I have parted with many houses, but not as many homes. This one hurts. But I know my mom would say, “Lizabeth Ann, don’t you dare stay because of me.” And so it goes- life moves on, but the memories stay.🤍

The Spring 2024 #oneroomchallenge is here and it could not have better timing- we are currently moving into our new house this month!! 🌼🙌🏼 I have not participated since Fall 2019 when I was living in Asheville, and it is crazy to think how much both my life and style have changed since then. (Back then you had to have a blog, and there was definitely no TikTok section.😉)

Over the next eight weeks, I’ll be transforming our new living room into a cozy, European cottage sitting room complete with an Edwardian-style wall mural from @everwallpaper_official, new lighting, and many of my mom’s antique pieces.🤍
